Duyan E-Beauty’s Return/Refund Policy

  1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from delivery date you must contact Duyan E-Beauty LLC Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Duyan E-Beauty LLC will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under Duyan E-Beauty LLC one year limited warranty policy will be replaced at Duyan E-Beauty LLC cost.
    Final Sale Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned. However, there will be an exception for orders that arrived defective or damaged. Please email us at info@DUYANEBEAUTY.COM to arrange a refund or exchange.
  2. A copy of the Duyan E-Beauty LLC credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Duyan E-Beauty LLC invoice may be requested prior to Duyan E-Beauty LLC Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.
  3. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Duyan E-Beauty LLC reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
  4. A Return Authorization (RA) number or SKU number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email at  info@duyanebeauty.com, and provide the following information:
    Name
    Address
    Phone
    Reason for Refund
    Date of Purchase
    Unit Serial/SKU Number
  5. Upon receipt of the above information and RA number, we will email you an address to send the product. Also including the following while mailing:
    Duyan E-Beauty LLC
    Attention: Non-Warranty Returns Department
    RA #[RA number]
  6. Please mark with the RA number on the outside of the package.
  7. A copy of the Duyan E-Beauty LLC credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Duyan E-Beauty LLC invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.
  8. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
  9. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
  10. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Duyan E-Beauty LLC warehouse. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Duyan E-Beauty LLC is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
  11. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, shipping charges are nonrefundable. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges; therefore we will deduct the оrіgіnаl dеlіvеrу аnd рісk up сhаrgеѕ from your refund.
  12. Funds will be credited within 7 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.

Shipping & Delivery Policy 

  1. General Information
    All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
  2. Delivery Location
    Items (Physical Products) offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the Continental United States and excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We also accept orders for Digital Products (Downloadable) from international customers and customers from all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Any Global shipments outside of the United States are not available at this time. 
  3. Delivery Time
    An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
    Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 9 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
    Please note we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays.
    Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
  4. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
    Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
    Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
